Overview:

Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
• Maintain patient records following HIPAA guidelines
• Assist with medical administrative tasks as needed
• Utilize dental software for scheduling and recordkeeping
• Coordinate medical scheduling for procedures and followups
• Familiarity with medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy protection
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Additional details;
Looking for full time positions 28 hours per week

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

1 hour lunch break

Monday through Thursday

$28 hourly wage

401k eligibility after 1 year

Duties include a combination of reception desk, radiography, dental assisting as follows;
Reception duties

Manage appointment scheduling

Assist patient with online and offline insurance claims

Radiography

Perform CBCT diagnostic imaging

Conduct radiographic imaging during treatment

Dental assisting

Perform dental assistant duties during endodontic treatment (including intra and post-operative radiography)

Inventory of instruments and ordering
