Administrative Coordinator - Westminster, United States - Maryland Treatment Centers, Inc.
Description
Specific tasks include:
- Provides administrative support and direction to ensure the efficient operation of the office and facility
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate individuals, schedule meetings, and supports and greets visitors
- Scheduling client appointments and maintaining calendars
- Completing admission paperwork for new clients
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Ordering of supplies, maintains inventory of supplies, and is responsible for organization within the administrative office
Minimum Qualifications:
- GED or high school diploma
- General knowledge of Microsoft office
- Professionalism
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in EMR systems and/or medical field preferred but NOT required
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
