Your task
•Supporting the management in daily business operations
•Creating protocols and documentation
•Follow-up of team and client meetings, possibly also construction meetings
•Organizing meetings and project-related tasks
•Internal and external correspondence
•General assistance tasks
•General filing, including digital (preparatory accounting)
•Monitoring incoming mail and distribution/filing
•Optional tasks in the area of personnel organization and accounting
Your profile
•Completed commercial training, ideally in a service-oriented field
•Professional experience in a similar position - architecture, construction industry, project development, real estate industry desirable
•Strong commercial understanding and cost-conscious thinking
•Enjoyment of working with numbers
•Solid knowledge and skills in MS Office, high IT affinity, optional knowledge in website maintenance, Instagram, Illustrator and InDesign
•Confident expression in speech and writing
•Knowledge of process optimization and standardization, as well as digitalization of processes and
