Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Works in conjunction with the Customer Service Team to ensure process compliance, job completion, and customer satisfaction through the billing process.
- Bills and closes all plumbing jobs with customers and Home Depot.
- Maintains accurate and uptodate records of all customer jobs.
- Facilitates strict Delta Mechanical and Home Depot collections process to secure all uncollectible funds from THD.
- Serves as the control point for all customer refunds verifies proper authorization and processes verifies refunds in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work directly with customers while maintaining a positive experience for the customer.
- Work in partnership with the Payroll specialist to ensure accurate commissions.
- Completes daily calculation, weekly reporting, and biweekly Plumbing installer commissions hours.
- Ensures correct piece rate commission amounts are paid per pay scale and employment agreement with the installer.
- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in Billing.
- This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities.
