Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the system security and operational management of our IT landscape based on vSphere 7.x/8.x in an enterprise environment.
  • You will provide the design and configuration of VMware data center solutions.
  • You will lead projects and maintain contact with our departments/business units to develop and implement solutions.
  • You will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and maintenance of the virtualization environment, taking into account best practices.
  • You will perform documentation, major release changes, and evaluation of new products and solutions.
  • You will be responsible for capacity planning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Profile:

  • You have a degree in computer science, a comparable education, or relevant work experience.
  • You have several years of experience in consulting, development, and implementation of complex data center infrastructure.
  • You have excellent knowledge of VMware vSphere, vSAN, and Aria Suite products such as Operations Manager, LogInsight, and Automation.
  • You have experience with Terraform, Ansible, and/or Power
