We are seeking a Cultivation Associate to join our team The Cultivation Associate will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related duties such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest preparation, cleaning, sanitizing, and other job-related duties.

• Friday_

• Assist in all care for plant clone and harvest
• Responsible for monitoring environmental conditions including, but not limited to temperature, humidity, CO2 level, VPD, W/M
• Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
• Scout rooms for pests/disease and document and follow proper documentation procedure
• Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
• Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
• Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
• Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
• Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
• Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
• Conduct regular audits as required
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

• Able to follow directions, rules, regulation, policies, and procedures set forth by the state and company
• Able to follow and adhere to a complex production and harvest schedule in a fastpaced environment
• Show skills in analyzing potential problems with plant health or the product being processed
• Ability to maintain a clear and organized work environment
• Knowledge of growing techniques and industry technologies

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be legally eligible to work in California
• Must posses high school diploma or equivalent
• General Cannabis plant and genetic knowledge
• Previous experience in cannabis cultivation; preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
