Your tasks
- Managing, coordinating, and implementing complex planning and investment projects for new or existing facilities and processes, including sterile radiopharmaceuticals.
- Expansion and new construction projects in the areas of production facilities, climate/media (TGA), and construction.
- Supervising projects from planning, procurement, and implementation to acceptance and successful handover to the user.
- Achieving and implementing defined project goals while adhering to budget, schedule, quality, and defined resources.
- Directing and coordinating the involved departments on a technical level.
- Determining project costs, creating resource planning and monitoring, and initiating corrective measures in case of significant deviations.
- Creating project plans (MS Project, schedule, milestones, budget, internal/external resources, suppliers & service providers) and clarifying and defining project goals, evaluating results, and initiating corrective measures if necessary.
- Risk management (project execution, quality, functionality, safety).
- Establishing an adequate project organization while adhering to internal PMO rules and methods (e.g. RASIC matrix).
- Together with procurement: obtaining quotes from external suppliers and service providers and verifying incoming invoices and correct billing.
- Documenting relevant events, decisions, and changes.
