The P&P Group is an operational real estate investor and investor platform with locations in Munich, Fürth, and London. With excellent technical expertise and a 30-year history, complex portfolios in the residential, office, and industrial segments are realized. The founder of the P&P Group is Michael Peter, who also invests in private equity and venture capital through Rivus Capital.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cost center and profit center structure
  • Responsible for creating operational and strategic (financial) plans
  • Creating budgets and forecasts for subsidiaries, investments, and the overall group
  • Creating rolling actual vs. target comparisons and ad hoc analyses for management
  • Business and sparring partner for management
  • Support in creating the consolidated financial statements and quarterly and annual reports
  • Support in inventory valuation (real estate)
  • Creating and monitoring liquidity planning and cash flow statement
  • Further development of financial planning, consolidation, and reporting software LucaNet
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of key figures

For this exciting task, we expect:

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a corporate or financial controller (m/w/d)
