Your key role:

Thorough examination of all business transactions
Independently manage existing individual and collective contracts (application, contract, and claims processing) in the field of occupational pension schemes, including confidential contracts.
Conduct correspondence and phone calls with contract partners (employers) and insured employees.
Handle complaints (board of directors, supervisory board, and ombudsman) and support interface departments with complex customer inquiries.
In your responsibility, you implement claim determination and financing procedures according to contractual requirements from pension funds.
Supporting the creation of own profit statements (EGA) and consortium statements according to contractspecific agreements completes your tasks.

Your profile:

Strong service orientation combined with life insurance expertise
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an insurance salesman, ideally with further training as an insurance specialist.
You have comprehensive knowledge of the implementation methods of occupational pension schemes in Germany, the BetrAVG, as well as additional experience in labor, tax, and insurance law.
You have a strong mathematical background or affinity.
In addition, you have secure knowledge of processing programs and MS Office products.
