Job Description

As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by programming and writing codes for CNC machines. The majority of your time will be spent at the desk programming and writing codes from A to Z. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming, milling, grinding, and lathes, as well as a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and write codes for CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in machining operations.
Utilize CNC programming software to generate toolpaths, optimize cutting parameters, and simulate machining processes.
Collaborate with design engineers and machinists to develop machining strategies and tooling solutions.
Troubleshoot programming issues and optimize programs to improve machining performance and quality.
Conduct process improvements and cost reduction initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on CNC programming and machining techniques.
Maintain documentation and records of CNC programs, tooling setups, and machining processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all machining operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing operations.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software (e.g., G-code, CAM software).
Experience with CNC milling, grinding, lathes, and other machining processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize machining processes and programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
