    Job Description

    Introduction: Visium Resources is looking for skilled candidates for the Manufacturing Engineer position. This role is a direct hire opportunity based in Orlando, FL.

    Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, providing technical expertise for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing test systems and processes to support plant production activities.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop test, manufacturing, and assembly processes
    • Utilize engineering tools to enhance processes
    • Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions
    • Create production documentation and procedures
    • Procure manufacturing tools and equipment
    • Manage capital equipment expenditures
    • Lead product and process improvement initiatives
    • Design test and electronic systems for client products
    • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
    • Conduct FAIR's per AS9102 standards

    Requirements:

    • Experience in electronic test fixture design
    • Hands-on role involving collaboration with different disciplines
    • Proficiency in software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, Minitab, and Microsoft AX preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • US Citizenship required (Clearable)

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Preferably over 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
