Description

Business Analyst - Strategy and Transactions (S&T) - Capital Transformation - Strategy & Operations - Cyber (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus 3 years of related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience in making detailed cyber security risk assessments of technology, operations and/or manufacturing infrastructure.


Must have 1 year of experience in mergers and acquisitions in a consulting environment or cyber security due diligence experience in a consulting environment.


Must have 2 years of experience working with C-suite IT security or business leadership to assess cybersecurity issues and opportunities.

Must have 1 year of experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs including experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.


Must have 2 years of experience implementing key IT and IT security management processes and industry frameworks, including at least one of the following: CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27000, SSAE-18 SOC reporting, and/or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.


Must have 2 years of experience implementing regulatory and compliance frameworks, including at least one of the following: FFIEC, NERC CIP, PCI, HIPAA, and/or HITECH.

Must have 1 year of experience in synthesizing approaches in complex integration or divestiture conflicts.


Must have 1 year of experience in either managing engagements and engagement related budgets or leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership.

Requires domestic and international travel up to 80%.

The base salary for this job is $175,005.00 per year.
