CareOne at Essex Park (Beverly MA) - Director of Social Services - Acute Rehab Skilled Nursing Facilities

  • Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of social workers and support staff
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in their daytoday activities
  • Oversee program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
  • Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance services and resources for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress of clients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of social services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions and program activities

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective social service programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including budgeting and program management abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations, including clients, staff, and community partners
