The Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart, an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Tübingen, is a modern, high-performance and dynamically growing clinic with a religious orientation. Located in the heart of Stuttgart, we provide care for approximately patients annually with around employees and 400 beds in 8 main departments, both inpatient and outpatient.

The Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart is currently seeking a part-time (54%) MEDICAL ASSISTANT AS AN ASSISTANT (m/f/d) for our occupational health service, starting as soon as possible. The position is for 3 days a week, from Wednesday to Friday.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ASSISTANT IN OUR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE

  • You will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and administratively planning examination days, including scheduling appointments by phone.
  • You will communicate with employees and coordinate with our occupational health physicians.
  • You will handle and coordinate inquiries.
  • You will collect employee data, medical documentation, and maintain employee files.
  • You will assist the physician during examinations.
  • You will perform blood draws/vaccinations and create vaccination invoices.
  • Once a month, you will work in the field at the Bethanien Nursing Center in S-Möhringen.
