- Facilitate communication between field operations and corporate headquarters to enhance performance and drive continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with field operations and leadership to optimize operations and ensure effective resource allocation;
- Plan and execute various projects and initiatives, prioritizing efforts across departments and units;
- Create and maintain an annual project implementation calendar in partnership with the Leadership Team;
- Establish and manage internal communication channels, including policies, procedures, safety protocols, and technology integrations;
- Oversee the Operations Manual, ensuring regular updates and integration of new programs;
- Supervise internal communication tasks, such as content creation, newsletters, and engagement tools for field staff;
- Devise and implement comprehensive training programs covering operational, safety, and leadership aspects;
- Collaborate with trainers to guarantee consistent training standards across all units;
- Lead testing, pilot programs, and rollout strategies for new initiatives;
- Supervise the introduction of new initiatives to ensure successful implementation;
- Coordinate cross-departmental workstreams to meet project deadlines;
- Ensure thorough handover of new initiatives to operational teams, including extensive training;
- Minimum of 10 years experience in multi-unit operations management;
- Demonstrated success in building effective teams and collaborations to achieve results;
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills at all organizational levels;
- Showcased strategic thinking and ability to forecast long-term business implications;
- Hands-on operational expertise focusing on efficiency and credibility;
- Outstanding project management and problems solving skills;
- Ability to oversee multiple projects while managing team-led initiatives;
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and influencing throughout the organization;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and adept at presentations;
- Capacity to work at a desk for extended periods and move during onsite assessments;
