Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PT Office/ Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Duties:
Manage social media accounts, filing, make calls to potential clients, mail out marketing material, manage company calender, filing
Skills:
- Copywriting: Ability to create compelling written content for marketing materials
- Marketing automation: Familiarity with tools and software used for automating marketing campaigns
- Content marketing: Knowledge of strategies for creating and distributing valuable content to attract and engage target audiences
- HTML5: Proficiency in HTML coding for website design and development
- SEO: Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Sales: Ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers
- Research: Strong research skills to gather relevant information for marketing campaigns and product development
- Market analysis: Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Please note that this is a part-time position.
