What you'll do:

  • In the 3year training program for retail merchants (m/f/d), you will learn how processes in retail work
  • The goal of the training is to take over your own store
  • You will check incoming goods, help with stocking and presenting products, handle cash transactions, and take care of salespromoting measures. Of course, you will also assist our customers in line with our company culture
  • In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in the store

What you'll bring:

  • You have completed at least secondary school with a high school diploma
  • In addition to teamwork and reliability, it is important to us that you are eager to actively contribute in one of our stores to further develop TEDi with us
  • You should have a certain level of resilience, enjoy working with people, and identify with the tasks in a retail company

What you'll get:

  • 1,000 euros gross in the first year of training, 1,100 euros gross in the second year, 1,200 euros gross
