As a student, you will support our partner management team in various tasks at

Rocky Point:

Coordinating inquiries to our team: You will keep an eye on our various communication channels and also take on communication tasks.

As our partners are located all over the world, you should have good English skills.

Organizing onboarding for new partners:
You schedule appointments and take care of the preparation and follow-up of onboarding sessions.

Preparing and conducting sales activities:
You prepare demo instances and provide our partners with information about our products

Supporting joint marketing activities:
You work with our partner marketing manager to prepare joint marketing measures with our partners.

Maintaining and developing our partner files:
You manage our partner files in our database and CRM systems SeaTable and HubSpot. It's great if you already know about these systems - if not, no problem, we will quickly train you.

Team organization:
You document our meetings and help us follow up on resulting tasks

Knowledge management:
You maintain our knowledge database and process documentation.
