Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Manager (K Level) to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK.This site operates with a 9/80 work schedule - you will have the option to work 9-hour shifts and take one paid day off every two weeks.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more)
Quality Management Job Families.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)3+ years of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier ManagementExperience in a leadership or management rolePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher.
Previous experience in a cross-functional environmentExperience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, suppliers) in planning and executing projectsExperience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)Experience communicating to leadershipRelocation:

The selected candidate will manage multiple programs and may require travel up to 20% of the time
