    In the field of nursing, there is a growing need to move beyond bedside care and focus on systemic opportunities to enhance outcomes and quality of life.

    Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are both encouraged to submit their applications.

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized quality management plan and program.
    • Establish and oversee tracking and monitoring systems for healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
    • Monitor high-risk, high-volume, and uncommon events in real time and retrospectively.
    • Create and design methodologies for preventive care and healthcare assessments.
    • Conduct proactive studies to evaluate care coordination and quality of healthcare services.
    • Coordinate external programmatic oversight visits for contracted providers and ensure timely completion and follow-up on corrective action plans.

    Desired Experience and Qualifications:

    • Current and unrestricted Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
    • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
    • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Prior experience with EMR is desirable.
    • Preferably experienced in Long Term Care, Long Term Acute Care, Hospice, or Home Health.

    Requirements:

    • Must clear a criminal background check.
    • Successful completion of the Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (POPES) assessing physical abilities.
