$12-$14/ hourly

Our Club is looking for energetic, fun, and motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Youth

fun atmosphere inside the Club by building positive relationships with our members, facilitating

daily activities, and ensuring an optimal Club experience for all.


After-School Hours (September - June):
Monday - Friday, 2PM - 7PM


Summer Hours (June - August):
Monday - Friday, 11AM - 5:30PM


Position Purpose/Primary Function:
Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates activities. Provide positive interaction throughout

Club environment and ensures Club Members are supervised at all times.


KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):
Prepare Youth for Success

• Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development
• Promote and stimulate program participation.
• Provide program guidance and role modeling to members.
• Create a high impact learning environment by maintaining a positive attitude with youth,

staff, and community.

Program Development and Implementation

• Effectively implement and administer programs, services and activities for members and

visitors.

• Monitor and evaluate programs, services and activities to ensure safety of members,

quality in programs and appearance of the organization at all times.

• Submit daily activity reports/signin sheets and incident reports, prepare program and

activity plans.

Supervision

• Ensures positive youth experiences by coaching, mentoring, and developing members

experiences with the Club.

• Capable of maintaining positive and productive work in a highenergy environment.

Self-Development

• Ensure a productive work environment by participating in weekly staff meetings.

Education:

• High school or Equivalent (required)

Experience/Qualifications:

• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
• CPR & First Aid Certified (preferred)
