Job Overview:
Duties:
- Plan and create menus that are both delicious and costeffective
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality and presentation standards
- Manage kitchen staff, including training and supervision
- Collaborate with the team to develop new dishes and recipes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in restaurants, catering, or banquets
- Strong background in menu planning and food preparation
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and restrictions
- Bartending skills are a plus
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Shift:

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday

- Cooking: 2 years (required)
