- Indoor seed processing and packaging activities may include receiving, scanning, cleaning, treating, sorting, counting, labeling, and warehousing seed.
- Outdoor activities may include planting, pollinating, note taking, data entry, and hand harvest.
- May be responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment in assigned areas. R&D positions may include electronic data collection in field and laboratory settings utilizing PC and handheld data collection devices.
- Manufacturing positions may include organizing, moving, and placing seed into storage.
- Maintain inventory accuracy utilizing electronic inventory systems.
- Activities may require bending and lifting for long periods of time,
