The LEW Service & Consulting GmbH is a service company of the LEW Group. In addition to central service functions, our spectrum includes IT, customer service, and commercial services. This is how we drive the digital transformation of the entire LEW Group. In our SAP Applications organizational unit, we provide IT support for the energy industry's meter-to-cash process, from energy quantity determination to debt collection. We set up products and tariffs in the system - from individual tariff options to efficient mass customer billing. We support the expansion of renewable energies and compensate for the feed-in of electricity from various energy sources.

What it's all about



We carry out our customer billing with SAP IS-U. Your area of responsibility extends from requirements analysis and coordination to IT conception and system mapping, to customizing the invoicing process. Specifically, this means:

  • You ensure, for example, that we can offer or implement dynamic tariffs, new energy solutions, product relaunches, or price adjustments
  • To do this, you operate and use the billing module (tariff construction) in the industry component and handle the associated incidents and change requests in operational application management
  • From process recording to implementation and support, you have the IT hat on; you work closely with your team, our departments, as well as with manufacturers and consulting firms
