Qualified individuals can be seasoned building inspectors, waterproofing consultants, experienced GCs, architects, or come from any specialty trades that focuses on the prevention of water intrusion, such as roofers, lath and plaster contractors, etc.
Plan reviewers may also perform technical reviews and consulting for agreed-upon fixed or hourly fees.Pay:
$140, $160,000.00 per year
