- Lead reverse engineering efforts of complex EW transmitters
- Design, test, and integrate of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) based products including digital signal processing (DSP), high speed communications, and system-on-chip (SOC)
- Work to find the optimal implementation that meets system requirements and results in a high-quality product or propose alternative solutions when no implementation is readily available
- Contribute to design, simulation, verification, integration, and test of complex, high-speed digital products
- Produce and archive all necessary documentation for the design to ensure customer support
- Minimum bachelors degree in a STEM related discipline e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience with the development of digital products and full system configuration
- Familiar with the hardware design and development of embedded systems utilizing FPGAs, MPSoCs, or ASICs
- Experience with DSP principles and algorithms, as well as design principles of analog circuits, from DC to microwave
- Familiar with lab equipment including, but not limited to, spectrum analyzer, function & signal generators, and oscilloscopes
- Familiarity with Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) design practices and theory of operation
- Experience working in EW & SIGINT
- Develop and implement signal processing algorithms RF receivers and/or communication transceivers and/or digital signal processing primarily on FPGA and embedded hardware
- Analysis of signal processing and communication system performance using Matlab, Python, or similar environments
- Experience with modeling tools (STK, Builder)
- Systems engineering experience in complex RF systems
- Knowledge/experience related to signal processing
- Knowledge/experience analyzing and assessing RF link performance
- Experience in digital signal processing
