What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement the digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Define product requirements and specifications based on user research, feedback, and business objectives
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful product development and launch
- Define and prioritize features, user stories, and backlog items, and ensure that they are communicated effectively to the development team
- Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback, and make datadriven decisions to improve product functionality, usability, and adoption
- Manage the product release cycle, including planning, testing, and deployment
- Develop pricing strategies and revenue models, and collaborate with the marketing team on gotomarket plans
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the team and stakeholders
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment and take initiative to drive projects forward independently.
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a digital product manager, with a proven track record of successful product launches and management
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product enhancements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Knowledge of digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms, APIs, and data analytics
- Familiarity with design thinking principles and usercentered design methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other research methods
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.Pay Range:
$119,175.00-$178,788.75 Annual
