The Christophorus Community Association with locations in Müllheim, Kandern, and Görwihl is a social integration facility with over 50 years of experience, more than 500 residential, work, and support places, and over 300 colleagues. We offer diverse supported educational, developmental, work, and housing opportunities for adults, children, and adolescents with disabilities.

We are looking for you for our Kandern location as soon as possible as:

Education and nursing professionals and assistants (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time

Your tasks:

Accompanying, caring for, and nursing people with assistance needs
Developing participation opportunities and working out support options
Creating an individual support and development plan
Communicating, advising, and supporting family members

What you bring:

Completed training as a special education teacher or a comparable education in the nursing or educational field, or a relevant degree in social work, social pedagogy, or special education
Emotional and physical resilience
Empathy and a sense of the needs of people with assistance needs, supporting self-determination and self-realization
Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
Motivation for giving and taking in an inclusive community
