Your tasks Conducting, monitoring, and documenting quality assurance measures according to HACCP guidelines, as well as legal organic requirements and the IFS standard at the locations of the Bartels-Langness Group Maintaining and revising the company's own quality management system Preparation, execution, and documentation of internal audits and supplier audits Site support in the nationwide deployment area Your profile Completed vocational training and/or studies in the field of food industry (food technologist; ecotrophologist or similar) Several years of professional experience in the food industry Creativity, commitment, communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork experience Experience in personnel management Experience with IFS and organic certifications Independent and self-reliant work Driver's license class B Travel with overnight stays nationwide We offer Flexibility:
