For our client, a privately owned medical network with laboratories and practices in Cambridge City, IN, we are seeking you as a direct hire (NO TEMP WORK) for the position of:

Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) Full-time or Part-time

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building new strategic customer relationships in the Cambridge City area and maintaining existing ones
  • Generating new leads and continuously expanding our market and brand presence in the region
  • Successfully converting leads into customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and managing customer relationships, as well as maintaining CRM records to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Conducting market and competition analyses to understand regional dynamics and make recommendations for action
  • Collaborating closely with the inside sales team to support project sales and the introduction of new products/services

Your qualifications:

  • You have a background in the healthcare industry (e.g. medical assistant) or several years of experience in medical field sales
  • Previous experience in sales of medical services and/or products, as well as in laboratory settings, is desirable
  • You have a strong customer focus and excellent acquisition skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
  • You possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a high level of service orientation
  • You are able to work independently, in a structured manner, and have strong organizational skills and a handson mentality
  • A valid driver's license (Class B) is required
