Job Summary:
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Take phone calls for dispatch and keep a schedule for equipment rentals
- Manage office phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Support real estate administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Provide general office management support
- Help with personal assistant duties for executives
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Customer service experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is advantageous
Job Types:
