Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Take phone calls for dispatch and keep a schedule for equipment rentals
  • Manage office phone systems and direct calls appropriately
  • Support real estate administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Provide general office management support
  • Help with personal assistant duties for executives
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Customer service experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is advantageous
