We are currently looking for a
Deputy Nursing Director (m/f/d) for our Diakonie Social Station in Ottendorf-Okrilla, starting as soon as possible.

The position is for 35 hours per week and is permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting professional and comprehensive planned outpatient care
  • Managing nursing documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring the quality and processes of care
  • Providing professional guidance to subordinate employees
  • Acting as a substitute for the Nursing Director

Requirements:


  • Degree in geriatric nursing or health and nursing care
  • Indepth knowledge of geriatric care
  • Proficient in using nursing process instruments and PC applications
  • Class B driver's license
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and adapt to different situations
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent, and dementia patients
  • Resilience, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Identification with the values and goals of Stadtmission Dresden
