What can you expect?

• You will support UX designers and conversion managers in identifying optimization potentials through UX research
• You will research and synthesize user and customer feedback from various sources, such as customer surveys and reviews
• You will assist in building an Atomic Design System
• You will conduct competitive analyses: Regular comparison of competitor websites in collaboration with other colleagues in the eCommerce sector
• You will develop user personas and create customer journeys
• You will research and synthesize user and customer feedback from various sources, such as customer surveys and reviews

What should you bring?

• You are studying at a university or technical college. Preferred courses of study in the fields of design & interaction design, digital design, communication design, business informatics, business administration, and marketing
• You think analytically about quantitative evaluation of user experiences and achieving business goals (e.g. with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
• You have empathy for users to qualitatively evaluate user experiences
• You have a basic understanding of visual design and have some experience with user experience design
• You have an affinity for domain, hosting, and cloud applications
• You have good German and English skills
