    About the Role:


    As the Art Director for our Los Angeles-based luxury fashion brand, you will be the driving force behind our visual identity, orchestrating the creation of captivating video content and ensuring a consistent aesthetic across our website, emails, social media, and print materials.

    This role is ideal for a creative visionary who specializes in video production and is skilled at weaving engaging narratives that enhance our brand's luxury appeal.


    Responsibilities:

    • Video Production and Storytelling: Lead the production of highquality video content that tells our brand's story, focusing on strategic storytelling to elevate our presence on social media and other marketing channels.
    • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions with persuasive copywriting.
    • Website and

    Product Copywriting:
    Create compelling website and product copy to engage customers and optimize SEO.

    • Unified Visual Identity: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that transcends all platforms, including our website, email campaigns, social media, and print advertising, ensuring brand consistency and elegance.
    • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute a content strategy that integrates video with static visuals to maximize engagement across all channels.
    • Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee all creative projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
    • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with various departments to align creative visions with marketing and sales strategies, ensuring all visual content supports overarching business goals.

    Freelancer Direction:

    Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and other creative professionals to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to brand standards.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven expertise in video production, with extensive experience in directing, editing, and producing content, particularly in the fashion industry.
    • Strong grasp of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Exceptional ability to craft visual stories that resonate with a luxury audience, demonstrated through a robust portfolio.
    • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
    • Effective communicator with a talent for fostering collaboration across teams and with external partners.
    • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
