Berlin, Piney, AR


We are currently seeking a dedicated
trainer (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering to join us full-time (40 hours/week) on a permanent basis.

Compensation will be based on the in-house collective agreement, salary group I for qualified personnel.


Your main responsibilities:


  • You will design training and further education as an experience, teach specialized training content, and share your wealth of experience and expertise in a practical way.
  • As part of your responsibility for courses, you will monitor learning progress, including during internships.
  • Your participation in the preparation and implementation of (final) exams will contribute to achieving the best possible results in your courses.
  • Additionally, you will support us in optimizing training processes and developing our product portfolio.

Your qualifications:


  • You have a recognized qualification in the field of electrical engineering (industrial electronics technician, electronics technician for automation technology, industrial electrician) and a pedagogical additional qualification (suitability according to AEVO).
  • You have indepth knowledge in the areas of automation technology / PLC Siemens S7, plant construction VDE regulations (mechatronics), circuit and system design (electrical engineering).
  • Ideally, you have some experience in adult education.
  • You are passionate about imparting knowledge and have a desire to support and develop people.
  • You are proficient in using digital tools and media.
