As part of this role, you will support the site manager in tasks according to §6 Occupational Safety and Health Act.

You will conduct assessments of hazards in the workplace and assist in the implementation of safety and health concepts in accordance with both legal and company requirements.

You will ensure the implementation and compliance of occupational safety guidelines in your area of responsibility.

Under the leadership of the site manager, you will assess workstations, changes in work processes, and technical installations, and advise individual departments on the implementation of occupational safety measures.

You will work closely with the safety team and supervisors in the region, providing advice and support to all employees on occupational safety and health at the logistics site.


- Conducting hazard assessments

  • Creating operating instructions and supporting training materials
  • Advising employees and management on occupational safety
  • Implementing legal and Amazon internal requirements for occupational safety
  • Collaborating with the operational area and various support functions (HR, Engineering, Facilities)
  • Supporting and assisting in occupational health management
  • Managing occupational safety at the site

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


Certification as "Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit" (Occupational Safety Specialist)

Understanding of German environmental and occupational safety legislation
