CLINT MCLAIN is in search of a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing along both passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are paving the way forward. In this role, you will immerse yourself in servicing our current base of 2,000 business clients, while also nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Leading a small team to execute these tasks efficiently will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Over time, you will evolve into the role of Agency Director by mastering necessary skills and processes using our established systems.
This position offers weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
