Life Insurance Sales Team Manager
As a company, we are focused on expanding and growing in new areas. We are looking for a driven individual who we can build a sales team around. This individual must be willing to learn and duplicate our proven system of success within the insurance industry. This is a Full-Time position that is commission based pay. Full Time representatives should expect to put in 40-50 hours a week.
This position is broken down into two sections; 1. Learning how to close sales and 2. Learning how to teach and train others. As a company, we believe that our Sales Team Managers first need to learn our system and learn how to sell at a high level. The first 90 days of this position, your main objective will be learning our system, learning our products, and learning how to sell our products. After, your job will be focused on attracting, retaining, teaching, and training sales agents on how to sell our products at a high level while still maintaining a consistent ability to sell our products personally.
