Client Interaction:
- Address client concerns, provide assistance, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward clients, demonstrating active listening and understanding of their needs.
Account Management:
- Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and other administrative processes, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Process client requests for fund transfers, distributions, and account updates according to established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and operations, to facilitate seamless account management processes.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's services and processes to effectively address client inquiries and provide appropriate guidance.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities using the firm's CRM system or other designated tools.
- Generate and distribute account statements, reports, and other relevant documents to clients on a regular basis or upon request.
- Assist in preparing regulatory filings, compliance documentation, and audit reports as needed to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, trustworthiness, and integrity in all interactions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service proficiency.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements, system enhancements, or service enhancements to management to optimize the client experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and customer service trends to adapt and innovate in response to evolving client needs and market dynamics.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards governing client interactions, data privacy, and financial transactions.
- Identify and escalate any compliance issues, operational risks, or potentially fraudulent activities to the appropriate stakeholders for investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with compliance officers and advisors to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in client service, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain Series 65 securities license within a specified timeframe.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary:
- We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with your experience, skills, and qualifications. Base salary will range from $50,000$75,000 per year.
