Facility Management Site Manager (m/f/d) in full-time
for our prestigious client, the Kaufhaus des Westens - KaDeWe Berlin.


Your responsibilities with us:


  • First point of contact for our renowned clients and prestigious properties
  • Organization and ensuring timely and flawless service delivery in our properties
  • Handling of lost and found items
  • Determination of work methods and environmental management DIN 14001 / ISO 1400
  • Monitoring of all technical processes including quality assurance
  • Compliance with legal regulations and occupational health and safety
  • Management and implementation of onboarding for new clients and properties
  • Ensuring costeffectiveness and budget compliance
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of onsite employees
