You want to:

- advise national and international companies, borrowers, banks, asset managers, debt and real estate funds, and other financial industry companies
- deeply engage in advising complex, mainly international, financing transactions (e.g. corporate finance, venture debt, acquisition, project, and real estate financing)
- participate in financial restructuring and help companies and/or their creditors in and out of crisis
- develop creative legal solutions for sustainable financing and financing of new technologies and digital business models
- contribute to the further growth and development of a young and highly dynamic Banking & Capital Markets group


You convince with:

- relevant professional experience in the field of banking/finance and ideally acquired your skills in a (large) law firm or bank, successfully demonstrating them there
- above-average exam results
- very good legal understanding
- interest in developing practical solutions for our clients' problems in a legally demanding environment
- an affinity for digital business models
- very good English skills
