A dynamic sociable young man is seeking support and mentoring to help him live an everyday life in his home and community that he has lived in his entire life.

This gentleman seeking support lives in Abington Township/ Elkins Park and is looking for support to participate in his community and to assist in activities of daily living and maintaining his home life (laundry, cleaning, shopping and meal preparation).

SCHEDULE:

Sunday

• 10P 8A (overnight)

Wednesday 4P - 10P

Thursday 4P - 10P

He loves music, sports and participates in Special Olympic activities and community events.

He also enjoys physical fitness and has a local gym membership, rides his bike in nearby parks, cooking and preparing for meal time, and attends social & community events.

The ideal staff will be able to move at an efficient pace with helping this person organize and participate in their day's preferred activities.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience supporting people to live in the community.
• Possession of a valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
• Access to a reliable vehicle, proof of current vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Be or willing to be Covid19 Vaccinated prior to employment.
