Mantell Associates has partnered with an innovative Bioproduction organization in North Bend and is currently seeking an Automation Engineer.

Automation Engineer - Responsibilities:

Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Advanced Instruments and Solentim equipment and controlling computers
Complete and manage Pharmaceutical IQOQ/yearly OQ and Clinical Validations
Conduct Preventative Maintenance and field modifications or upgrades within designated time frames
Provide customer support through email, telephone, and remote access
Deliver onsite user training as needed
Order and manage car stock inventory
Troubleshoot not only on a mechanical/electrical level, but also understand and troubleshoot on an applications level
Manage workload and schedule own installations, PMs, repairs, and other field events

Automation Engineer - Requirements:

Minimum of three years of work experience in the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries preferred
Experience working with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
Experience troubleshooting and addressing customer concerns
