Mantell Associates has partnered with an innovative Bioproduction organization in North Bend and is currently seeking an Automation Engineer.
Automation Engineer - Responsibilities:
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Advanced Instruments and Solentim equipment and controlling computers
- Complete and manage Pharmaceutical IQOQ/yearly OQ and Clinical Validations
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance and field modifications or upgrades within designated time frames
- Provide customer support through email, telephone, and remote access
- Deliver onsite user training as needed
- Order and manage car stock inventory
- Troubleshoot not only on a mechanical/electrical level, but also understand and troubleshoot on an applications level
- Manage workload and schedule own installations, PMs, repairs, and other field events
Automation Engineer - Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of work experience in the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries preferred
- Experience working with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and addressing customer concerns
