Mantell Associates has partnered with an innovative Bioproduction organization in North Bend and is currently seeking an Automation Engineer.

Automation Engineer - Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Advanced Instruments and Solentim equipment and controlling computers
  • Complete and manage Pharmaceutical IQOQ/yearly OQ and Clinical Validations
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance and field modifications or upgrades within designated time frames
  • Provide customer support through email, telephone, and remote access
  • Deliver onsite user training as needed
  • Order and manage car stock inventory
  • Troubleshoot not only on a mechanical/electrical level, but also understand and troubleshoot on an applications level
  • Manage workload and schedule own installations, PMs, repairs, and other field events

Automation Engineer - Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of work experience in the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries preferred
  • Experience working with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting and addressing customer concerns
