How you shape innovations at Rush Center:

  • Collaboration with teams of software developers, hardware developers, suppliers at customers or in ITK
  • Ensuring quality through professional communication and organization with all involved developers and their clients
  • Responsibility for meeting deadlines, budget, quality requirements, and motivating employees, including professional management of project risks
  • Active participation in the development of technical systems

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable degree
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a developer in the field of software or embedded systems
  • Ideally, first experience as a project manager or sub-project manager
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Knowledge of medical technology-related standards and experience with approval criteria
  • Strong willingness to take on responsibility
  • High quality awareness
  • Problem-solving thinking and acting as well as a confident appearance in the customer environment
  • Negotiation skills in German and good English skills in spoken and written form
