YOUR TASKS

• Overall responsibility for the best possible support and care of the elderly and dependent people in the facility on behalf of the organization
• Economic management (budget planning and responsibility)
• Occupancy management and monitoring of the facility's capacity
• Personnel management, personnel control and development
• Promotion of a pleasant working atmosphere
• Public relations
• Maintaining contact with relatives, caregivers and volunteers

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualification as a nursing home manager according to HeimPersV and corresponding recognition
• Professional experience as a facility and/or nursing service manager in facilities for inpatient elderly care (at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience)
