Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team.

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with FDA regulations.

Your expertise in quality inspection, audits, and control will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Perform quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures
Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues or areas of improvement in the production process
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP guidelines, and other relevant industry standards
Utilize precision measuring instruments to perform accurate measurements and inspections
Document inspection results, maintain detailed records, and generate reports on quality performance
Participate in the development and maintenance of quality systems, including SOPs and work instructions
Assist in training employees on quality management principles and practices

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in quality assurance is preferred
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Familiarity with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines
Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
