The Company

Our client is a successful family-owned company operating in the field of metal forming.

With exciting products and motivated employees, the company is a strong partner for industries such as automotive, aviation, railway technology, medical technology, commercial vehicles, electrical industry, and machinery and construction.

The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of approximately 40 employees.

You will ensure the continuous and active development of production and assembly processes in terms of continuous improvement and lean production.

You will also be responsible for organizing the production, planning the personnel needs in terms of quality and quantity, and implementing personnel development measures.

Additionally, you will ensure the achievement of set goals for occupational safety, productivity, delivery reliability, logistics, and quality. Together with your team, you will ensure smooth product launches and exits. You will report directly to the management.

Your Profile

You have a comparable technical master's degree and several years of professional experience in mechanical processing. You also have several years of leadership experience in a production company. You have a solid experience in mechanical production, assembly, punching, CNC, engineering, and machining. You are familiar with CNC machining processes, digital production, and robotics.

You have practical and excellent knowledge of lean management methods and their implementation, and you can drive continuous improvement processes.

Your personality is characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and acting, assertiveness, and teamwork. You have experience with ERP systems and fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form.
