Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) brings the Salesforce culture to life by providing incredible workplaces and an even better workplace experiences.
Compromised of many departments, REWS works cross functionally to deliver some of the most iconic office spaces in the world with innovative technology, programs, and services.
Roles & Responsibilities- The position is responsible for the operation excellence of our meetings/events and the holistic guest experience including but not limited to: customer meetings, executive receptions, intimate dinners, nonprofit events, town halls, and employee events
- Continuously research and report innovative and creative event and entertainment options
- Solid office management/workplace environment knowledge
- Strong customer service and executive interaction experience
- Understand Salesforce brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, onbrand messaging for all events
- Continuous development of team playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Organize logistics, form beginning to end, for customer facing meetings, town halls, etc
- Pre, onsite and post event logístical management
- Key stakeholder for G-Cal calendar management for internal event spaces
- Comanage vendor relationships (agencies, vendors, caterers, etc.) and work with internal teams to facilitate
- Execute nonprofit events with external clients and vendors
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms for goods and services
- Management of event statistics and ad hoc reporting
- Manage various workplace services projects as assigned
- Plan and execute multiple events at one time
- Communicate all event logistics and updates across internal and external partners
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of event coordinator experience
- Highly personable and customer service focused with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to proactively address client's event needs
- Experience in managing budgets, financial planning and tracking
- Experience with online registration systems and reporting
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, GSuite, Quip, Social Tables, and Slack

- Assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline centric environment
- Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
