The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for AP functions including timely and accurate processing of the company's accounts payables.

This role serves as the focal point for company purchasing efforts including vendor acquisition and vendor account management.

Are you up to the challenge?

Manage the accounts payable process to support the accounting team.
Review General Ledger distribution of A/P transactions to ensure account and reporting accuracy.
Participate in monthly close activities and perform monthend reconciliations.
Process payments accurately and in a timely manner and record each transaction in the accounting system.
Record all cash disbursements promptly and accurately.
Code payables to appropriate funds, departments and accounts.
Follow AP policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Regularly generate reports and analysis to track AP performance metrics and identify areas of improvement.
