    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facility Services Technician to join our Facility Operations team, responsible for the operational function of the facility before, during, and after an event as well as assisting with converting the facility to an event ready status.

    The position will require proactive work with preventive maintenance of facility tools, equipment, and property and interact with customers, outside vendors, and other departments to ensure facility efficiency.

    This person must be able to handle working in a high demand fast-paced environment.
    Duties include skilled and non-skilled tasks, which often require a degree of physical exertion.


    What Will You Do:
    Sweep and mop floorsClean and maintain washrooms, dressing rooms, office spaces and facility access areasClean glass & other surfacesCollect and empty garbage receptaclesParticipate in the preparation, setup, and completion of conversionsInteract with internal departments to meet their day-to-day building needsOperate with a sense of urgency while prioritizing facility needsCollaborate with full-time/part-time staff to ensure facility needs are metComplete setup sheets specific to each eventPractice current OSHA standardsWhat We Need from

    Our Facility Services Technician:

    Maintain day-to-day building cleanlinessBe responsive to needs of guests, vendors, and staffPromptly report all maintenance issuesAdhere to all safety and infection control procedures to ensure sanitary conditionsMaintain regular and reliable attendanceAbility to follow verbal and written instructionExperience and knowledge in operation with current OSHA standardsMust be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.

    Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English.
    Ability to transit around the facility for long periods of time.

    Works with Chemicals/Hazardous MaterialsDevelop, manage, and prioritize event setup sheetsCommunicate via work radioStrong time management skillsTeam playerBasic computer skills preferredExperience/ Education Requirements:
    High school diploma or GED equivalent required
